We delivered an Astro feeding system that seperates, orients and feeds the parts

All our Astro feeding systems are designed, developed and built in-house and our skilled design and assembly department has just sent another feeding system out the door.

This feeding system handles bag connectors and is equipped with a 20 litre vibratory hopper.

The customer simply pours the parts into the hopper which feeds a circular bowl mounted on a vibratory drive.

The parts are moved around by vibration and when the orientation of the part is as desired, it is separated to a linear feeder which is also mounted on a vibratory drive.

From here, the part is guided forward until it is separated at the end of the linear feeder so that it is ready for removal in accordance with the customer's wishes.

You can see a demonstration of the feeding system in the video, which simply drops the parts into a yellow box due to testing.
