HN / HG / HL individual modules with linear motor

The HG/HN/HL modules are available in lengths up to 10 meters and can handle loads of up to 100 kg with the highest precision. They are all driven by linear motors and, depending on the measuring system, the accuracy can be down to 3 µm.
