The GEP2000 series from Zimmer is equipped with a self-locking mechanism that automatically secures and maintains the position of the gripper. Even in the event of a power failure.

Imagine you have a grip on a part and you want to maintain this precise position over time. With the self-locking mechanism activated, you don't have to worry about the gripper changing position as it automatically locks itself.

The series is also characterized by being advanced grapples designed to meet the need for long stroke lengths within limited installation areas.

Easy integration

It's up to you to choose whether you want to control the gripper using I/O ports or if you prefer the version with IO-Link. What both have in common is that they are easy to integrate into your control system.

Positioning via IO-Link

Allows you to position the gripper jaws of the IL-03 and IL-43 variant. This way, the stroke length can be flexibly adapted to the workpiece, saving time in the process and preventing interfering contours.

Adapter option

An adapter plate can enable mounting positions if the gripper's integrated mounting holes cannot be used due to space constraints.
